The Kindergarten Kiddos had a very busy and fun Friday. We had two guest speakers for Read Across America week, and we also had an opportunity to learn some Spanish words. Thank you Mrs. Barb
Dozark, Teacher Haley and Teacher Jandy for making our day so fun and educational!!

The Kindergarten kiddos and first graders made their own drums in music class. Today, they took them outside to practice! What a great idea!! Thank you Mrs. Marsh for making music so educational and fun at the same time!!

The following school board position will become vacant due to the expiration of the present terms of office of the following school board members.

CONGRATULATIONS to Jamie Bacon on placing 4th in Class A-Original Oratory at the State Speech and Debate meet in Watertown! Jamie and Mia Barnes wrote their own 10 minute persuasive speech and performed them memorized in front of a panel of judges. What a great way to end the season! Good job ladies and Coach Miller!



The Kindergarten kiddos spent some more quality time with their senior mentors today. I absolutely love the friendships they have created through this experience!!

Nighthawks boys take on Gregory tonight at the Corn Palace at 6:30pm, for a chance to get to the SoDak 16.

There will be a combined pep rally for the Nighthawks boys tomorrow (Friday, March 1st) in Armour at 3:00pm. Join us to send off the boys as they play at the Corn Palace at 6:30pm.


Two reminders for today:
-Today is the last day to sign up to ride our fan bus, any 7th-12th grader interested need to sign up on the sheet outside of Mr. Erlandsons room
-There will be a pep rally tomorrow (Thursday, February 29th) at 4:15pm in the Tripp gym for the girls!



Be on the lookout for our Save the Date letter for our annual Jump Rope for Heart, a program from the American Heart Association.


TDA is taking a fan bus to the Girls SoDak 16 game in Irene on Thursday, February 29th. This will be for any interested 7th-12th grader will leave after the pep rally. The only cost will be admissions. We will provide food on the way there. Sign up is on Mr. Erlandsons door.
